Your competitors are using coaches to gain an edge. That edge comes at your expense.
Athletes, celebrities, and business leaders use coaches because they know the value that coaches bring by helping them find clarity around difficult decisions, develop and execute strategies, act as sources of accountability, and more.
What goals are your competitors working on? How to launch a new product, how to expand their business into new markets, how to make better hiring decisions, how to be better managers, how to use their time more efficiently, how to improve work culture, how to identify and develop talent. The list goes on, and coaching can be a major asset in the pursuit of those goals.
